Who you contract with
Dhananjaya Hospitality manages its villas and resorts end to end: guest service, housekeeping, pricing and inventory. D-Max is our own channel, so the rates and rooms you receive come straight from the operator.

D-Max runs on the same inventory our properties sell through the major OTAs, connected as a certified Open Channel on Channex. A room sold anywhere closes everywhere within minutes.

Every booking is confirmed on the spot and delivered to the property at once, with its own confirmation number.
Net rates per room type with seasonal periods, or a fixed percentage off our public price.
Descriptions, facilities, house rules, coordinates and photo galleries for every property and room type.
Established partners book on credit and are invoiced monthly; others prepay securely online.
Each contract sets the channels where our rates may be resold, returned with every offer.
